Koen Herfst is one of the most energetic and versatile drummers of The Netherlands and is known for his work with ARMIN VAN BUUREN, VANDENBERG, EPICA, ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN and his own projects VOODOO CHAMBERS, THE CARDS (ft. Saxon’s Paul Quinn), DRUM DEMONS (with Golden Earring’s Cesar Zuiderwijk) and his solo project DRUMLUST.

He was awarded ‘Best Hardrock/Metal drummer of the Benelux’ 7 years in a row by readers of Dutch drum magazine ‘Slagwerkkrant’ and hosts his own drumfestival ‘HERFSTFEST’ every year in is hometown; The Hague.

Next to playing drums, Koen is a multi-instrumentalist and composes his own music (Progressive rock solo-albums 'Back to Balance' and 'LEO' available on Spotify) as well as music for other artists and huge events.
