How much does the music lesson cost?
Lessons prices are displayed on an hourly basis. Each teacher has the freedom to set their own pricing per hour. The prices vary depending on the teacher and on the topic you want to learn.
             
            
                CAN I CONTACT ANY TEACHER?

                Can I contact the teacher before the lesson?
Yes! You can contact any teacher prior to booking and paying for the lesson.
You can:
- Chat anytime with the teacher by clicking on the button “Send Message” displayed in the teacher profile.
- You can interview your teacher! Simply message your teacher and ask for an interview.
 
             
            
                WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY TOPIC?

What if I can’t find the topic I’m looking for?
If you cannot find the topic you’re looking for, please hit the “request” button and let us know about it. Upon receiving your request, Tunezin team will get back to you within the next 24 hours.
             
            
                HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY?

                How do I book and pay for my lesson?
- Go to the teacher profile,
- Visit the teacher calendar and click on a free slot,
- Then select the desired topic and fill the lesson timing,
- Pay securely online by credit/debit (Visa/Mastercard) cards, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
 
 
             
            
                IS MY MONEY AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED?

When I book a lesson and pay, is my money automatically deducted from my account?
Upon lesson booking, we only reserve the lesson fees. We deduct the lesson fees from your account only after the lesson has been confirmed by the teacher.
             
            
                WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIMRATION?

Will I receive a confirmation from the teacher after I book my lesson?
Yes. All of our teachers usually reply within max 12 hours period.
             
            
                CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

What should I do if I won’t be able to attend the booked lesson?
Please inform your teacher as far in advance as possible by rescheduling or cancelling your lesson in the “My lessons” under “upcoming lessons” list.
             
            
                MY LESSON DID NOT TAKE PLACE

What will happen if the lesson does not take place?
If your lesson does not take place for any reason, your money won’t be deducted from your bank account. 
             
            
                CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW?

Can I leave a review after I finish my lesson?
A rating screen will be prompt everytime you finish an online lesson! You will be asked to rate and write a review about your teacher.
